Treatment time varies from person to person depending on the complexity of your case, but most patients can expect treatment to take approximately 6–12 months. Your Clinician will give you a personalised estimate at your consultation.

How many hours a day do I need to wear my aligners?
It is important that you wear your aligners for around 20–22 hours per day, only to be removed for eating, drinking (other than water), brushing and flossing. This ensures your treatment timeline stays on track and that you get the best results!
Will I need a retainer after treatment finishes?
Yes. A retainer, similar in feel to your aligner trays, is included in your treatment cost and should be worn every night once your aligner journey is complete. Retaining your smile is a lifelong commitment — wearing your retainer nightly helps prevent your teeth from gradually shifting back towards their original position.
