Treatment Overview
A CBCT scan is combined with a digital surface scan to assess bone, teeth and the proposed restoration. Planning software is then used to position the implant in relation to anatomy and the final crown or bridge.

Guided implant surgery uses digital planning and a custom-made guide to transfer the planned implant position into the mouth. It can improve control of implant angle, depth and position, but it does not remove the need for surgical judgement.
